The salon has a cancellation policy that asks for 72 hours' notice. Later cancellations may be charged the full service fee, and repeated cancellations may require prepayment. Great Lengths and hair restoration appointments carry a 50% deposit that is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled. Late arrivals may have their appointment shortened or forfeited and are charged the full-service price.
