Celestial Beauty

The studio is reached through a black door on the side of the building. Clients are asked to park on the street, since cars left in the lot may be towed.

Appointments run Monday through Thursday, 9am to 8pm. Friday and Saturday are waitlist only and carry a weekend fee, and the studio is closed on Sundays. Tax is not included in listed prices and is added at the appointment.

Booking rules cover arrival and changes. An appointment is cancelled if the client has not arrived or replied 20 minutes after the start time, and a no-show fee applies. The first reschedule on an appointment is free; after that, a 50% deposit is required to book again. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead carry a 50% fee, and no-call no-shows lead to a permanent ban unless the balance is paid.

A loyalty card gives one stamp for each appointment booked and two stamps for a hands and toes booking. Five stamps earn 10% off and ten stamps earn 25% off the next visit. Stamps do not expire, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cards cannot be transferred. Clients are responsible for bringing up their card at the appointment if the tech forgets.

Sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Clients are responsible for damage they cause to salon property such as chairs or lights, and guests may not bring others to appointments unless they are also receiving service or the tech approves.

The listing describes a focus on transparency and honesty with clients, with an encouragement to ask questions about the products used.
