The styles range from classic single extensions for a natural enhancement, to wet look sets that are slightly fuller, to hybrid sets that mix classic singles with volume fans. Volume sets use handmade fans on each natural lash, and mega volume is the densest option offered. The portfolio shows wispy volume, cateye, textured hybrid, and other looks.

Fill timing depends on the interval and how many extensions are still intact. Mini fills are booked 3-7 days after a full set when at least 75% remain, 2-week fills at 8-14 days with at least 50% remaining, and 3-week fills at 15-21 days with at least 35% remaining. A fill with less than 40% of extensions left is charged as a full set. Fills and removals of lashes applied by another artist start with a consultation and are only done if the lashes can be isolated properly.

Booking requires a card on file, which holds the time without being charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Cash and card are accepted, with a 2.5% fee on card payments. Clients have a 10-minute grace period before a $10 late fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are not charged, within 24 hours they are charged 50%, same-day cancellations are charged 100%, and no-shows are charged the full service. Refunds are not offered. Concerns such as excessive fall-out, allergy, or dissatisfaction can be reported within 48 hours for a free removal or fix.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Appointment requests outside listed hours can be sent by Instagram message or text for a $25 request fee. Weekend and after-6-PM appointments carry a weekend/night charge that varies.

Lashes are applied in a small test set first, then a full set follows after a 48-72 hour wait, and fills are scheduled by how many extensions remain.
