The salon is open Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Prices may vary among technicians. Time with Mariam must be booked in advance and her prices are higher; a waitlist is kept for her appointments, and a salon specialist contacts people when a time opens.

Brow work is a major part of the menu, from threading and waxing to tinting, lamination and microblading. Microblading creates semi-permanent brow strokes by implanting pigment beneath the skin with a sterile, disposable needle. The microblading price of $500 includes the initial service, with a 6-week touch-up at $150 and an annual touch-up at $440. Eyebrow lamination does not include threading or waxing.

The salon also offers a full waxing menu for the face and body, with a lower leg wax that does not include knees (knees can be added for $5).

The salon says it uses pure, safe and natural ingredients. Chairs and spa suites are available for rent, and employment resumes are accepted by email at celestebeautysalon@gmail.com.
