The menu covers two sides of the business. On the beauty side there are haircuts, color and styling, head spa visits, facials, brow and lash services, nails and full-body waxing. On the medspa side there are laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8 microneedling with radiofrequency, EvolveX body contouring and injectables, including wrinkle reduction treatments, B12 and lip filler. Free consultations are offered for spa, medspa, injectable and hair services, and the salon sells the Epionce skin care line.

Some procedures come with preparation and aftercare requirements. Laser clients are asked to shave the area 24 hours beforehand and avoid waxing, tweezing or depilatory creams between sessions. IPL clients are asked to limit major sun exposure and skip exfoliants or retinoids for a set period around treatment. New clients receive paperwork after booking, which needs to be returned before the first appointment.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead carry a 10 percent service charge, and less than 24 hours carries 20 percent. No-shows without notice are charged 30 percent, and arriving 15 minutes late leads to rescheduling with a 20 percent fee. Some treatments need a non-refundable deposit, and refunds for services or prepaid packages are not available. Children may wait with an adult but are not allowed during lash and spa services.

Each visit starts with a free consultation for spa, medspa, injectable and hair services, and clients get prep and aftercare instructions for procedures such as laser and IPL.
