Clients are advised to wear smooth, dark, loose cotton clothing. Moisture and sweat cause the tan to fade faster. After a standard custom tan, clients wait 8 to 12 hours before showering. After a rapid tan, showering can begin in as little as 2 hours, with the artist setting a rinse time based on skin tone and desired color.

Membership plans are offered as Golden and Bronzed. A Golden Member receives one tan per month, with extra tans available at a discounted rate at the Rockville or Annapolis locations. A Bronzed Member starts at two tans per month, with extra tans also discounted. Membership tans do not expire and can be stored in the client account. The studio also runs an ambassador program: Airbrush Advocates receive a single-use free or discounted tan for posting about their visit on social media and a blog, and Glow Ambassadors receive free tans for referred clients, a commission on products sold and discount certificates.
