Extensions are a major part of the salon. The salon says it is the only one in South Carolina with several stylists certified in Invisible Bead Extensions, and it describes the method as the most requested hand-tied option. One row usually takes 45 to 60 minutes to install, and pricing is set at consultation. The first move-up is recommended at seven weeks, with most clients reinstalling every eight to ten weeks, and the salon says the hair lasts 6 to 12 months with proper care. Mesh Integration is a semi-permanent system for women experiencing hair loss, thinning or low density, and it can be worn for up to eight weeks before a maintenance refit; it allows washing, styling and swimming. Meshless Integration is a non-surgical option for earlier stages of loss, around 20 to 30 percent thinning. Both are booked through a private consultation in a room inside the salon, and a free consultation is offered for hair loss.

Head spa treatments are Japanese-style sessions in a private room on a massage bed. The basic version runs 30 minutes with a blowout, the full scalp treatment runs 60 minutes with a before and after camera view of the follicle, and the hair loss treatment includes growth serums and a take-home kit of four products. The salon says these treatments can help with dandruff, dry scalp, stress relief and anti-aging. Facials include a 45-minute Glo2 facial using Geneo OxyGeneo technology, which the salon describes as combining three technologies that it states are clinically proven, along with custom facials in 30, 60 and 90 minute options.

The nail spa has three pedicure chairs and three nail stations. A sanitizing tablet goes into the water for every pedicure, metal instruments are sterilized in an autoclave after each service, and nail files and buffers are single-use per client. The salon says it holds the highest standards of hygiene. Massage options include a 90-minute lymphatic massage with an infrared sauna session, and Full Body Waxing is also offered.

Bridal services cover weddings and events across the East Coast, and wedding parties can also be booked in the salon. Holiday and weekend events carry a $25 fee per service, and travel is $50 per half hour round trip. A bridal contract deposit is required at booking and is charged only for cancellations within 30 days of the event. Bridal cancellations made 30 or more days out are fully refunded, and those within 30 days are charged 75% of the booked services. For other appointments, cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours notice; later rescheduling carries a 50% fee, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service. For lash appointments, clients should arrive without eye makeup. Anyone arriving with eye makeup on should come at least 15 minutes early, and a $10 makeup removal fee applies.

Training and design are emphasized: the salon says its specialists train throughout their careers to keep skills current, and it describes its extension method as designed to avoid tension damage and exposed beads when hair is worn up.
