Booking is done online through the salon's GlossGenius page, and a free 10-minute consultation is available before a service. Hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday closed. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. For in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is offered, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also available.
