Cecily Skincare was founded by Cecily Hull, a licensed medical esthetician with more than fifteen years in the skin care field. The business builds its services and product line around individual routines for men and women of every age, from teen skin to mature skin, including sensitive skin.

Visits are by appointment only, either at the shop or as in-home services. The facial menu includes a 30-minute 14 step mini facial, a 45-minute teen facial, a 60-minute men's facial, a 60-minute 24 step signature facial, a 60-minute acne facial using high frequency, a 60-minute microneedling session and a 70-minute TCA signature facial. The back treatment is a 50-minute session, and the TCA peel takes about 25 minutes, with a base price of $100 to $125 and $50 for each added layer.

The product line is described as 100% natural, vegan, cruelty free and free of harsh chemicals, and it uses a blend of AHAs and BHAs. Products are grouped by concern and use, including acne, cleansers, exfoliants, toners, moisturizers and serums, masques, sunblock and CC creams, body care and lip care. Pre-set routines cover decongesting, brightening, hydrating, repairing, body care, men's care and teen care, or clients can build their own. Every facial routine includes a weekly masque. The business says a portion of sales supports ocean cleanup and ecosystem restoration.

Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are not refunded or credited, so clients rebook through the website. All sales are final and exchanges are not accepted. Gift cards, services and appointments are non-returnable, and promotions are one-time use with no returns on promotional items. The website does not take payments directly; payments go through third-party apps including Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
