Every visit starts with a consultation, which can be done in the studio or virtually. It is a 30-minute session that covers skin concerns, the current routine and a close visual look at the skin, and it ends with a personalized treatment roadmap built around skin, lifestyle and goals. No treatment is performed at the consultation. The studio does not work from a menu; the treatment is chosen together at that appointment and adjusted as the skin changes over time.

Facial treatments run from 50 to 90 minutes and range from a gentler teen-focused facial to a longer luxe option with hydration, advanced skin support and a sculpting and lifting massage. Personalized chemical peels are chosen after skin analysis, based on skin condition, treatment history and goals. Several peels and facials are also available as series, and the Teen Clarity Journey runs six treatments over six months for teens dealing with congestion, breakouts, excess oil or dehydration.

Enhancements such as LED light therapy, gua sha, dermaplaning, enzyme therapy and boosters can be added to an eligible facial, with final choices confirmed after skin analysis. Bridal and event skin plans are custom and begin with a consultation; the bridal plan is recommended to start four to six months before the wedding.

Practical details: online requests are requests to be contacted rather than instant bookings, and an appointment is confirmed only after the studio replies. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with limited Sunday availability. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and missed appointments carry a $50 fee. Clients should arrive on time or a few minutes early. The studio also offers a new-client discount and a referral credit, and publishes a Skin Journal with articles, videos and printable guides.

Treatments are personalized and adjusted as the skin changes, rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, with the treatment decided together at the consultation.
