Services are centered on lash extensions, with custom sets built around each client's eye shape and the look they want.

New clients start with a consultation before a full set is applied, so the lash technician can plan the shape and style with them. Returning clients check in first, then receive a set. Clients who already have extensions from another artist can book a foreign fill, and the lashes are assessed at the start of the visit. If the lashes would be better served by removal and a new full set, that is recommended instead, and any change is discussed before work begins.

Fills are meant for regular upkeep. Returning clients are usually booked every two to three weeks, and fill services need clean lashes with roughly 40 to 50 percent of extensions still in place. A mini fill is a quick touch-up for between fills, and the studio also offers a Korean lash lift and tint and a standalone lash tint for clients who want color or lift without extensions.

Studio hours are Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50 percent fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and anyone more than 10 minutes late needs to reschedule. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.
