CC & Company Salon and Spa has two locations in Concord, North Carolina: one on Manor Avenue SW and one on Poplar Tent Road. The Poplar Tent location offers a limited range of services, while massage and body contouring are offered only at the Manor Avenue location.

Booking is by phone at 704-792-2001 or by email. Online appointment requests are not guaranteed until a receptionist confirms them by email or phone. Consultations are not given over the phone, so those must be booked with a stylist for an in-salon visit. Hair pricing depends on hair density and the complexity of the cut or style, and esthetic, lash, brow and makeup services are subject to availability.

Several services carry deposits: $50 for classic and volume full set eyelash extensions, $25 for some acrylic and SNS services, and 50% for laser body contouring, where sessions are paid for together. Eyelash fills from other lash technicians are not accepted, and fills four weeks or later, or with more than 75% loss, require a full set.

Hours are Monday 10 am to 4 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9 am to 7 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, and Sunday by appointment only. Times may vary between locations. Laser body contouring begins with a free consultation and is by appointment only.
