A first-time skin mapping and facial, starting at $65 and running 30 minutes or more, includes a consultation, a customized Korean facial and an oxygen infusion. The K-Glow Maintenance Facial takes 60 minutes at $140 and includes a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, dermaplaning when appropriate, facial and hand and arm massage, a targeted mask, LED light therapy and finishing skincare. Booking it requires a $45 deposit.

The head spa menu has four tiers. HANA ($140, about 2 hours) focuses on scalp health, cleansing and hydration. DUL ($175, about 3 hours) adds massage and hair therapy. SET ($245, about 3 hours) pairs a head spa with a hydrating facial. NET ($395, about 4 hours) is the most extensive, combining an advanced facial with full scalp therapy, a relaxing head spa session, a blow-dry and styling. Each head spa service includes a complimentary boba or tea, with four drink options.

Hair color, hair repair and hair styling are listed, while haircuts and styling are marked as coming soon. Other services include Korean brow lamination, Korean lash lift, body treatments of 60 minutes or more starting at $135, and body and face waxing.

Stop retinol, acids and exfoliants about 3 to 7 days before a facial unless advised otherwise. Clients may arrive wearing makeup, though clean skin is appreciated. Pregnant or nursing clients may book a facial by noting it on the intake form with clearance from their primary doctor, and facials or belly facials are recommended after the first trimester. Late arrivals may have a shortened treatment or be cancelled. Most services take 60 to 90 minutes, and consultations are included in a first facial or can be booked separately. Product returns are not accepted, though exchanges are offered.

Facial work centers on barrier repair and skin health, using advanced actives such as PDRN, peptides and exosomes, applied in gentle layers with a longer-term view of skin condition.
