New clients start with a 20-minute consultation at no charge. It is required before a first extension appointment and ends with a customized quote and a plan for the client's hair needs. Existing clients book by appointment as well, since walk-ins are not accepted.

Installs are organized around two approaches. Keratin bond installs are sized by the grams of hair used, from a mini install of 20 to 50 grams up to a luxury install of 175 to 200 grams, with appointment lengths running from one to four hours. Weft installs are sold by row, with one, two or three rows depending on how much fullness and length the client wants, and weft move-ups are scheduled every four to five weeks to keep wefts in place.

The business uses Slavic hair for its extensions and says its installs are seamless and undetectable and come with guaranteed comfort. Those are its own claims. Hair for most installs is purchased separately from the service price. The studio is listed as not wheelchair accessible.

Booking requires a deposit: $50 for standard services, or 50 percent of the total for any service that includes ordering new hair. Deposits are nonrefundable but are applied to the final total. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Payment is accepted by Venmo, Zelle and cash.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.

Each installation is customized to the client's natural hair density, color, texture and movement, starting from a consultation.
