Electrolysis is the main service. It is offered for the face or body and booked in 15, 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute appointments, priced from $30 for 15 minutes to $225 for 120 minutes. Every new client books a 30 minute consultation before a first treatment, even someone who has had electrolysis elsewhere. The 15 minute slot is meant for areas with fewer than 15 hairs to treat. Electrolysis treats only hairs in the growing phase, so new hairs can still appear, and some people may need ongoing maintenance. The business notes that a treated area can take a year to three years or longer, depending on hair density, hormones and how consistently treatments are kept up. Before a session, clients are asked to stop shaving three to four days ahead so hair is long enough to treat, to stop chemical exfoliants a week ahead, and to have skin fully healed from sun exposure, rashes or other cosmetic treatments. Clients may use numbing cream if it is applied as the manufacturer or pharmacy directs.
The studio also offers microneedling, a one hour procedure priced at $245, which uses sterilized needles to make tiny punctures in the skin, a process the business says stimulates collagen production. Damaged skin is not treated.
The studio describes its work as built around individual treatment plans and aims to help clients reach their goals through treatments it considers effective.
The studio describes its environment as private and inclusive.
