Catresenco Hair covers natural hair and loc maintenance, Sisterlocks and microloc services, silken blowouts with shine, and scalp cleansing and head spa treatments. Crown restoration services address thinning, scalp irritation and hair loss through assessments, growth support, scalp recovery and loc repair. Catresenco Skin offers customized facials, enzyme treatments and wellness services, along with esthetic treatments focused on acne and hyperpigmentation, brightening and age-supportive facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling and dermaplaning. Most services run two and a half to three hours. New clients begin with a personalized onboarding consultation and receive a welcome package, starting at $50. Traditional loc services start at $155, enrolled and existing Sisterlocks or Microlocks reties start at $165, and essential micro or sister locs start at $245, with the longer services taking at least 100 minutes or more. Retie pricing for new clients is based on an hourly rate of $90 and includes shampoo and leave-in conditioning. Buy now, pay later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 5:30 PM to 10 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 6 PM to 10 PM, Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed Tuesday and Friday.

The business also runs a consulting division, VisionCraft Phoenix, which offers one-on-one coaching, business planning and brand development for beauty and wellness professionals.
