Booking with CATCRYLIX starts with a $25 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, but it goes toward the total for the service, and an appointment is not held without it.
Clients who arrive late have a 10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled automatically, and a $20 late fee is added to the total for late arrivals.
Changes need notice: appointments should be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours ahead. If that window is missed, a new deposit is needed to book again.
Clients arriving for a gel or extension service should come with bare nails unless a removal has been added to the appointment. The balance after the deposit can be paid by Apple Pay, cash, or Zelle.
