The salon describes its atmosphere as relaxing and luxurious. Walls are cozy, the decor is ornate, the pedicure chairs are comfortable, and soft lighting runs throughout the space. Complimentary non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are offered, including water, soft drinks, wine and margaritas.

Sanitation is a stated priority. Metal tools are sealed in envelopes and sterilized in a steam autoclave of the kind used in dental offices, a new bag of instruments is opened for each client, and items that cannot be sterilized, such as nail files, foot files, sand bits and wax applicators, are for one-time use.

Pedicures are the most layered part of the menu. The Bronze pedicure is the starting point at $30, with an optional gel polish for $17. The Silver adds a moisturizing mask, sugar scrub, warm towels, hot stone massage and callus removal. The Gold adds an orange scrub and mask and paraffin wax. The Diamond adds a fragrance treatment, a neck, shoulder, leg and foot massage, and the orange scrub, hot stones, paraffin and towels. The top tier, the Castle Pedicure at $85, includes an orange-scented treatment and about 30 minutes of massage.

Group spa parties are offered for bridal, girls' night out, birthday, family, corporate, special occasion and anniversary gatherings. Parties of 10 people or more receive 10% off.

Hygiene comes first, with sterilized metal tools, a fresh set of instruments for every client, and single-use items for anything that cannot be sterilized.
