The practice is led by its founder, who began her career in veterinary medicine before moving to the United States and turning to trichology. She has worked in trichology for more than four years and holds certification as a trichologist from the World Trichology Society. She is currently training in Bach Flower Therapy at the Bach Centre in London.

Each consultation follows three stages. The first is an assessment, which includes a detailed scalp analysis and a review of lifestyle, with referral to specialized medical support where needed to look for the underlying cause. The second is planning, which produces a personalized treatment plan that combines daily habits with clinic sessions. The third is ongoing support, with follow-ups and adjustments as the client's body responds.

Full trichology consultations evaluate scalp condition, the hair growth cycle and lifestyle factors, and can be done in person in Southlake or virtually. The Custom Hair Loss Treatment Plan addresses nutritional, hormonal, emotional and topical factors, and Ongoing Monitoring tracks progress over time with regular follow-ups.

Every first booking includes a free 15-minute video call to talk through goals and suggest a direction for the hair. US clients can request bookings by SMS and Brazilian clients by WhatsApp. The website is available in English and Portuguese.

The practice treats hair loss as having several contributing causes, so it does not present a shampoo or single product as the solution. It states a goal of giving clients clarity on their hair loss and working on root causes.
