Every facial includes a skin analysis, a massage of the face, neck and shoulders, and a home skin care recommendation. Facials run from a 30-minute express option and a 45-minute teen facial to hour-long treatments such as the deep pore facial, which pairs an enzyme exfoliant with oxygen and LED light, and the anti-aging facial, which includes a vitamin C collagen blanket and red LED light. The 90-minute Ultimate adds a longer massage plus a hand and foot massage. Exfoliations can be done with steam, and facials can be built up with add-ons such as glycolic exfoliation, a collagen blanket, eye and lip treatments, hydro jelly masks and an oxygenating treatment.

Advanced options include microneedling, which uses a fine-needle device to make tiny controlled punctures in the skin, chemical peels using a PCA certified solution (pricing varies by peel type and strength), microdermabrasion with crystals, an ultrasonic facial that uses sound waves and water to clean clogged pores, and LED light therapy, which the salon lists as suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin.

The salon asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the service fee, which must be paid before future bookings are made.
