The color menu runs from a quick maintenance gloss with blow-dry and grey retouching to all-over solid color, face framing foils, and partial or full custom blonding. Full custom blonding covers the whole head with highlights, balayage, babylights or teasy lights, with foils along the hairline, back, part and sides, followed by toner, a conditioning treatment, a haircut and a style. The partial version is limited to the front hairline and up the part, and uses the same toner, conditioning and styling steps.

Visits range from about 30 minutes for extension maintenance to close to three hours for full custom blonding. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. New clients book a complimentary color consultation before full service, and a free consultation can also be booked ahead of any color appointment.

Policies cover cancellations, lateness and payment. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice; a late cancellation is charged half the service cost, a cancellation within 12 hours is charged the full cost, and a no-show is charged the full cost with no refund. Clients running late should text the stylist, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Card payments carry a 2.68% fee plus any applicable taxes. Services are not refundable, and purchased extension hair cannot be refunded. Color results can be adjusted at no additional charge if reported within 5 days by rebooking.
