Services are split into two groups: luxury manicures and makeup application.

The manicure menu centers on BIAB and Semi Hard Gel, which the studio describes as stronger and longer-wearing than classic gel polish, lasting up to 4 weeks. Nail art is priced per nail, from $3 to $10 depending on complexity and how long it takes. All nail work is done on the natural nail, and full sets of tips or extensions are not offered. The studio says its manicures should leave clients with a healthy set that lasts at least 3 weeks. Nail quotes are based on inspiration pictures sent in advance, and new nail clients need bare nails at the time of the appointment. Work from previous technicians is not removed.

Makeup services include in-studio application at $125, on-location application at $145, bridal makeup at $225 and bridesmaids packages at $120 per person. An additional travel fee may apply to on-location and bridal makeup. Makeup is booked by email. Nail booking links are posted month by month on the online booking page and taken down once filled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are accepted; cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full scheduled cost. The studio also sells a Cuticle Oil Pen through its online shop.

The studio focuses on keeping nails and skin in good condition, filing gently and avoiding long acetone soaks. Cassie will work within a client's budget to achieve the look they choose.
