Services listed on its booking page include fill-ins, full sets, bottoms only, lash removal and squeeze-in appointments, with appointments offered before regular hours and on holidays.

Booking requires a $10 non-refundable deposit to hold a slot, and that deposit counts toward the total. The remaining balance is paid in cash only. Paying through Cash App adds a $5 fee, and no other payment methods are accepted. Same-day squeeze-ins carry an extra $40 fee.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes free of oil and to avoid oil-based products on their lashes. Lashes should stay dry for the first 72 hours after service, and clients should wash and keep them clean afterward. Clients with a known allergy to lash glue are asked to contact the business before their appointment. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments, and no refunds are given after service.

Timing rules are firm. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled. No-shows are charged the full price of the booked service. The business does not work over lash work done by other artists.
