The color menu covers roots, all-over color, partial and full highlights, and babylights, which are fine slices or a micro-weave foiling method that takes more time and product than traditional highlights. Balayage is offered in full and partial versions, with grow-out meant to last six months to a year with little maintenance. Color correction takes about four hours and needs a phone consultation before it can be booked. Toner and blowout services are also available, and a full highlights add-on can be added to a color visit.

Extensions are a major part of the salon. A paid extension consultation is required first, and the $50 fee is credited toward the deposit, which is 100 percent of the total and is paid at that consultation. Options include bead installs, Gladiator bead move-ups, three-row move-ups, K-tips at the hairline and removal. Hair extension transformations can only be booked after an extension consultation, once the hair has been ordered. Casey Smith is certified in Bellami and Halo Couture extensions.

Booking follows a few clear rules. Clients receive several reminder texts before appointments. Last-minute cancellations are charged 30 percent and no-shows 50 percent, and those fees cannot be refunded once charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and Cherry monthly payment plans are offered through Cherry Technologies, Inc. and Cross River Bank, member FDIC. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Packages are also sold, and their credits apply automatically at checkout.
