Brow work is the main focus. Options range from a simple brow wax and tint or brow lamination to microblading, which places fine strokes that mimic natural hair and typically lasts one to three years depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare, with yearly maintenance recommended. A microblading visit usually runs two to three hours with a topical numbing agent. Healing takes about four weeks with no downtime, though clients should avoid working out for seven days and an initial touch-up is recommended about eight weeks after the first appointment. Ombre powder brows give a softer, blended look that is more defined toward the arch and tail, and microshading combines microblading with ombre brows. Brows that already have tattoo work can be corrected with powder brow correction, since microblading cannot cover an eyebrow tattoo; pictures must be seen before booking. Eyebrow removal for old microblading or tattooed brows is also offered and may take several sessions.

Lash services include lash lift and tint, lash removal and lash extensions. A full set usually takes about two hours to apply and a fill takes one to two hours depending on lash type. New extensions typically last two to four weeks, and they can be removed at any time for any reason in about 30 minutes. The bonding agent is waterproof, but clients should not wash the eye area for at least 24 hours after the first application and are advised to use an oil-free, extension-safe mascara. Lip blush costs $750 and typically lasts one to three years or more, with an initial touch-up within four months for previous clients only. Piercings range from earlobes to navel, with complimentary jewelry included in the price from a selection of over 50 options, and premium jewelry available at extra cost. Scalp services include density fill for thinning areas, hairline recreation that blends with existing hair, and scalp micropigmentation, which usually takes two to four appointments.

Eligibility and timing rules apply to several services. Brow services are not offered to clients under 18 or to pregnant or nursing clients, and clients who have taken antibiotics should wait at least two weeks before a brow appointment. Clients on prescription acne medication should check with the studio before booking, and some people with serious medical conditions may need a physician's note. Brow touch-ups are for previous brow clients only, and after three years a brow service counts as a new service. Emergency eyebrow removal, priced at $500, must be done within 72 hours of microblading or permanent makeup for best results and is booked by text. Brow lamination and lash lift must be performed by an esthetician or cosmetologist.

The studio offers small-class permanent makeup and piercing trainings. The 3 Day Brow Training costs $3600 and covers ombre, nano and combo brows, with certification and a starter kit. The 2 Day Lip Blush Training costs $3000, or $300 less for those who trained with the business before, and includes certification and a starter kit. The 2 Day Permanent Eyeliner Training costs $3000 and covers winged liner, lash enhancement and wedge liner; it requires prior certification in permanent cosmetics and is booked two to three months out. The 2 Day Professional Piercing Training costs $2900 and includes titanium jewelry, needles and a take-home practice kit. A 1 Day Private Brow Lamination, Brow Mapping and Tinting training costs $1200, or $1300 with a professional kit, and includes a certificate of completion. Trainings are kept small and graduates have a private ongoing support group, and may apprentice with the business for up to six months afterward.
