About

Casa Oro is a holistic and medical spa in Southington, Connecticut, and describes itself as a wellness and beauty destination. Guests park behind the building, follow the rear entrance sign and take the elevator to the second floor. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday noon to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with Tuesday and Sunday closed.

The menu covers a wide range of massage, from a 30-minute express session focused on one or two areas to 90-minute deep tissue work and prenatal massage after the first trimester, which is given by therapists with specialized prenatal training. Couples can book the Golden Hour Experience, a 30-minute massage in a private couples suite with two therapists working side by side, or a private salt room visit that includes a complimentary bottle of Prosecco or sparkling Pellegrino.

The salt room is available for halotherapy sessions of 40 minutes for groups of up to four, with optional meditations such as relaxation, motivation, gratitude, grounding and spiritually centered sessions. The business says halotherapy is believed to support breathing, skin and sleep, though these are not established medical outcomes. IV therapy is delivered under the care of the medical team, with named IV blends, popular and specialty boosters, and NAD+ options that are tailored by dose and final pricing varies by treatment plan. A $60 NAD+ consultation is applied toward an NAD+ purchase when booked within 10 days.

Monthly memberships include a 60-minute signature or specialty massage for $110, a 60-minute customized facial for $129, or a medical membership for $159 that gives $200 in monthly credits toward eligible medical services, with unused balances rolling over. Memberships require a three-month initial commitment and then renew monthly, and include 10% off additional services, retail and upgrades. Complimentary yoga classes, sound baths and short gemstone healing sessions are offered at no charge.

Appointments should be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a fee; late cancellations incur 50% of the service price, up to $250. The business confirms booking requests within 48 hours. The in-store boutique sells skincare, body care, wellness, fragrance and gift items, and gift cards are available, with an online version of the boutique planned. Clients can reach the team by call or text at 860-426-3787 or by email at Info@CasaOroSpa.com.
