Blonding is a large part of the menu. Foil highlights run from partial to full, and balayage gives a softer, blended result that the salon presents as lower maintenance. For upkeep there is a root-only color, a root blend that softens the line between natural roots and lightened hair, and a toner-based gloss for previously lightened hair.

Every extension service begins with a consultation, which is required. Clients pay for the hair itself up front in full, and the installation is booked only once that deposit is received. Options include single-row and double-row installs, plus mini move-ups. Keratin smoothing is also available as a semi-permanent treatment for frizzy or coarse hair.

Cuts include a signature cut and blowout for short to medium hair, a children's cut for ages 10 and under, and men's cuts. The Blowout adds a deep cleanse and scalp massage before styling to the desired finish. Brow tinting and waxing, makeup and updos are also available.

Booking comes with set policies. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 to 48 hours' notice, and shorter notice carries a fee of half the service cost. A no-show is charged the full service cost, and future bookings may require prepayment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment. Clients receive a reminder text 48 hours before each visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
