Much of the menu is made up of Signature Treatments, which layer several modalities into one session. These run from The 3-Step through The 5-Step, the 6 Step Ultimate Protocol, and the 7-Step Exclusive, which adds tropoelastin to the 6-step version. The 6 Step Ultimate Protocol takes about 65 minutes, so the business asks clients to mention it when booking. It was created for clients who need a fast refresh before public appearances.

Beyond the signature menu, the practice offers single modality services such as LED facials, microdermabrasion, hydradermabrasion, mid-depth peels and deep exfoliation peels. Enzyme exfoliations come in one, two or three layers. Acne facials, rosacea facials, lightening facials and a water-based microdermabrasion-style facial for sensitive skin are also offered. Add-ons such as eyebrow tinting, lightening and a specialized eye treatment can be added to another treatment, but not booked alone.

To book, new clients can call or text to talk through their skin care needs, then download and bring the new client forms to their first visit. Existing clients can text preferred times and treatments to the business phone number. Appointments include a free consultation, and the treatment can often be changed after that consultation. Same-day treatment is available in most cases, and most appointments run about an hour. Clients can also text the owner directly with questions before or after a treatment. If a treatment cannot safely be performed because of a skin condition or other reason, the practice will stop and explain why.

The business carries more than 100 skin care products from two manufacturers, Rhonda Allison and Skin for Life. Products are reviewed by ingredient and by how they perform across different skin types before being chosen.
