The menu is organized by service type. Barbering covers root-length cuts such as fades, tapers, buzzcuts and crewcuts, along with beard trims and hot towel shaves. Grooming covers haircuts from short to extra long, including pixies, mods, bobs, mullets, wolf cuts and butterfly cuts, and the studio says its cuts are tailored to hair length. Haircolor ranges from lightening and darkening to grey blending and vivid shades, while Texture covers perms, relaxers, a keratin-based Brazilian Blowout and curl, wave and volume work.

Spa Day packages combine a facial, massage, deep conditioning treatment or blowout, and can be booked on their own or added to a haircut or color. Treatments focus on scalp care and hair care, and Styling covers blowouts, pressed curls and event styling for occasions.

On arrival, guests use the keypad to the right of the door and enter Jessica P's code to be buzzed in, then wait in the lobby to be greeted. Room 20 is to the right, the second door on the left. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients who arrive later may be rescheduled or turned away, and a courtesy call is appreciated. The studio accepts cash, credit or debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and Bitcoin.

The studio accepts hair types 1, 2, 3 and 4a for services. For hair types 4b and 4c, it can provide washing and detangling along with box braids and twists, and may refer clients to a more suitable stylist. House calls are offered for seniors, people with disabilities, new moms and special occasions, with a non-refundable travel fee based on distance from the salon, due at booking. The studio may decline or end a service for lice, inappropriate behavior, haggling, or conditions that affect how the service can be done.

The studio says its services are tailored to hair length, and it organizes its menu so that cuts, color, texture and spa packages can be combined.
