Carrie Radish Wax Co. operates from two locations: one in McKinney, in a building off Collin McKinney Parkway, and one in Prosper, on South Preston Road. The business was founded by Carrie Radcliff, who also goes by Carrie Radish. She began her career at a local barbershop that later grew into a chain, then managed a waxing studio in Highland Park, where her interest in waxing took hold. She is also trained at The Aveda Institute of Dallas.

The waxing method is built on longer appointments and smaller sections, so each area gets more attention.
