The Vista studio is private, so each appointment is one-on-one in a quiet setting. Guests choose their drink and whether they want music or TV during service. The stated goal is hair that grows out well and suits each guest's daily life.

A first visit starts with a consultation covering hair goals, hair history, inspiration photos and lifestyle, after which a customized plan is set. Product recommendations are given before guests leave, and a follow-up email arrives after the visit. New guests receive a booking confirmation by email and text, plus a pre-visit email with appointment details.

Hair extensions are a specialty. The salon uses the IBE hand-tied method, a sew-in beaded weft with silicone-lined beads and cotton thread. An in-person consultation is required before extensions go ahead, and rows are moved up every 7 to 10 weeks, with each row taking about an hour and a half. The salon states that extensions will not damage hair and estimates typical extension hair at $500 to $1,500 depending on length and density, lasting 9 to 12 months with proper care.

Each guest's plan is built around their hair goals, history and lifestyle, starting from a consultation at the first visit.

The Vista studio is private and quiet, with one-on-one service.
