Highlights are best refreshed every 8 to 12 weeks. Color services must be paired with a haircut or blow-dry.

Keratin Complex Express and Full Keratin Strength treatments for curly hair take 90 minutes. The Full Body Wave takes 120 minutes at $350 and adds volume to straight hair, finished either with a natural diffuser look or a blow-dry style; a round-brush smoothing finish adds $55. Full Body Wave is suggested every 12 to 16 weeks, depending on the original texture. A complimentary in-person consultation by text or call is available for questions about highlights, keratin treatments or grey coverage.

New guests are asked to send a current photo of their hair by text within two weeks of the appointment and to arrive with freshly shampooed hair. Arrive 10 minutes early, and allow an extra 15 minutes for parking, since spaces can be limited at peak times. Guests more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment shortened or rescheduled. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice by text or voicemail, and two business days' notice avoids a charge for the full appointment. Cash and Venmo are accepted; a $45 fee applies to returned Venmo payments.
