Color is the main focus. Balayage is the service the studio names as its specialty: color is painted freehand in sweeping strokes, placed heavier toward the ends. A partial balayage takes about two and a half hours and a full one closer to three and a half. Every new client's first balayage begins with a consultation. Foil highlights are the alternative when more even lift close to the root is wanted, and the two can be combined, using foils for brightness around the face and balayage through the rest of the hair. Toning is part of the lightening process to reach the agreed shade. Goldwell and Redken color products are used.

Other services include haircuts, which come with a wash, scalp massage and blow dry, along with clipper cuts and a children's cut for ages 12 and under. Bridal services cover a trial, hair for the bride, styling for bridesmaids and mothers, styling for flower girls and juniors, and extension applications. Bridal bookings carry a $100 deposit due at booking and a travel fee starting at $100 within 30 miles of the studio, with additional mileage rates possible. Early appointments before 7am carry a $75 fee, or $100 before 6am. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost.
