Facials are planned after a consultation and can focus on hydration, acne clearing or hyperpigmentation. They are offered in 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, starting at $175, $235 and $300. The longest option includes two of three add-ons: a neck and decollete treatment or a facial massage, among others. A separate 50-minute Teen Facial for clients 14 and under is $120, and the salon notes it is not recommended for teen acne management. A Back Facial ($165, 60 minutes) combines physical and chemical exfoliation, extractions and treatment masks for concerns such as bacne and hyperpigmentation.

Advanced treatments are customized and address acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, fine lines and scarring. They include enzymatic, modified Jessner's and TCA peels, dermaplaning, and NanoInfusion. Advanced treatments are only booked after a consultation and a facial appointment. Carla usually declines a first chemical peel for new clients.

Sugar hair removal uses a paste made of sugar, water and lemon, in a method similar to traditional waxing, and is offered regardless of gender. The salon also offers a vajacial for the pubic area. Carla teaches sugar hair removal, with a Foundation Course covering theory and body sugaring and an Advanced Course covering bikini, Brazilian, brow and face sugaring. Both are available one-on-one or in discounted groups of two to four.

Virtual skin consultations come in three tiers, starting at $165. Tier 1 includes a consultation form and an emailed report within 7 days. Tier 2 adds a 45-minute Zoom call four to eight weeks after the report. Tier 3, for Los Angeles clients only, adds a 60-minute in-person facial. Clients must be able to travel to the Hollywood studio for treatments, must keep a credit card on file to book, and should cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead to avoid fees.

The salon describes its approach as healing skin with naturopathic remedies combined with science and chemistry.
