Blonding is offered in four tiers, from an accent service around the face and hairline up to a full dimensional service and a most-extensive option. Every blonding service ends with a custom gloss, a conditioning treatment and a signature blowout. Color services include retouches, fashion and vivid shades, a men's camo color, and Shine Bomb, a treatment for clients who have had repeated lightening.

Texture services include crown perms, specialty perms designed for longer hair and custom curls or coils, and several keratin treatments. Keratin Smoothing is listed as lasting up to six months, Keratin Express up to six weeks, and Keratin Express with Color can be done on the same day as a color service.

For weddings, bridal services can take place at the salon or on-site at a wedding or event location. Clients should plan about an hour and a half per person. Bridal party styling covers the bride, the wedding party, flower girls aged 12 and under, and a Red Carpet style for special events. Bridal bookings carry a 50% non-refundable deposit and a $100 non-refundable coordinator fee at contract signing, and travel fees apply by distance.

Hair extensions begin with a free consultation, and the first appointment requires a non-refundable deposit equal to the full cost of the hair. A haircut and style are included in the first extension visit. Tape-in, hand-tied and K-Tip methods are offered, with reapplication intervals that vary by method. Clients can also buy products online for home delivery, earn loyalty points on purchases when an email is on file, and take an online quiz to be matched with a stylist. Children under 6 and pets are not permitted at appointments, and children 6 and older must stay with their guardian for the whole visit.
