New clients start with a 60-minute consultation that covers a clinical assessment, goals, and photographs from three angles for the chart. The consultation is $150 and is typically credited toward treatment performed in the same visit. The final plan and cost are reviewed before any product is opened, and a two-week check-in is included, in person or by message, with one round of first refinements. A message is also sent 48 hours after treatment. Clients can text questions and receive personal replies from the physician.

The Gowanus clinic at 472 4th Avenue is a small private clinical room reserved for one client at a time, with a ground-floor entrance, street parking nearby, and a four-minute walk from the R train at Union Street. Clinic hours are Wednesdays, 9 AM to 7 PM. In-home concierge visits to a home, hotel or office run Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM, with Monday closed. Visits are typically scheduled within 48 hours, and the primary area is Brooklyn and Manhattan, with Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island and Long Island accepted on request. A Red Hook studio is available by invitation only for established clients, and its address is shared once a visit is confirmed. New clients begin at Gowanus or with an in-home visit.

Pricing starts at $12 per unit for Botox and Xeomin and $20 per unit for Daxxify, which the practice describes as longer-lasting. A lip flip is $80, a forehead, glabella and crow's feet treatment is $480, masseter and TMJ treatment is $720, and underarm treatment for hyperhidrosis is $1,100. RHA and Juvederm Voluma filler is $600 per syringe and a two-syringe plan is $1,200 per visit. Radiesse is $850 per syringe, and a three-visit collagen plan for the cheeks and midface is $2,550.
