A kids' gel manicure is available for clients 12 and under, though the shop does not guarantee retention for children because their nail beds usually carry more oil.

Nail art is priced in tiers by how many nails are decorated and how detailed the design is, from simple art on one or two fingers up to detailed designs across eight to ten nails. Clients can also book an artist's choice design and name any colors or patterns they want to avoid. Full chrome, full French tips, full blooming gel art, stripes and polka dots are available as well. Tiered art, French tips, chrome and blooming gel art can only be booked alongside a Luminary or gel manicure.

Appointments are booked through the GlossGenius page. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

The shop is open Monday through Saturday with hours that differ by day: Monday 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday 11 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 1 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The booking page lists 37 reviews.
