Visits are by appointment only, and children and extra guests are not allowed in the studio. First-time clients should plan extra time for forms and a consultation, and forms can be filled out while waiting. A consultation looks at goals, concerns, routine and lifestyle, includes a skin analysis, and ends with a custom at-home routine and treatment plan. The consultation fee can be put toward a product or a facial.

Custom facials are shaped after a consultation and skin analysis on the day of the visit, and they can include a hand, arm, shoulder or scalp massage. Oncology facials are for clients who are undergoing or recovering from cancer-related conditions or treatments, and they use products and techniques chosen with that in mind.

Payment is due at the end of each appointment. Card is preferred, and cash is accepted if you bring the exact amount; Zelle and Venmo are not. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment and no-shows carry a 50% fee. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and later arrivals may be asked to reschedule or pay a late fee of $15 to $25.

Treatments begin with a consultation and skin analysis, with holistic facial work and oncology-safe products and techniques where they fit.
