The practice keeps its treatment menu short and avoids products and treatments a client does not need. It treats skincare at home as the first step in any treatment plan, and it offers skincare routine curation. When a concern falls outside what the clinic offers, clients are referred to other providers such as estheticians or surgeons.

A visit can start with a virtual or in-person consultation for a $75 fee, which is applied to later services. New patients are asked for a deposit toward a consultation, and that deposit goes toward future treatments. Individualized post-procedure care cards are given at the visit.

The Haddon Heights location is open Wednesday from 11am to 7pm, Thursday from 11am to 6pm and Friday from 11am to 5pm, with a Saturday 11:30am to 3pm session once a month. The clinic does not take calls, so questions go by text message, email or Jane messaging. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through the Jane App, by text or by email. The Philadelphia location is inside Silk Screen Studios on the fourth floor, and the building has no elevator. Free street parking is available on many nearby streets, and the Berks station is a few blocks away.

The clinic keeps its menu focused and avoids unnecessary products and treatments. It treats skincare at home as the first step in any treatment plan.
