Booking is done online. Each online booking requires a $20 deposit sent by Zelle within 24 hours, which is applied to the service total and is non-refundable. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation or no-show forfeits the deposit. Clients may bring a photo of the design they want. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
The salon also runs a Beauty School where Ruiz teaches practical nail classes in Spanish. Her Personalized Basic Acrylic Course is one-on-one, scheduled around the student, and covers prep, product control, shaping and finishing; it includes a kit and a certificate. The price is confirmed when Ruiz contacts the student, and a 25% deposit reserves a spot, with the balance due on the course day and the deposit non-refundable.
The salon says it uses clean prep, precise shaping and clean tools at every appointment. Each visit moves from cuticle cleaning and nail shaping to cured gel color and details for a glossy finish.
