Visits to the public salon and spa are handled by senior-level students working under an instructor. Walk-ins are welcome and no appointment is needed, though services depend on availability. Prices can change with hair length or thickness, so guests should check with an instructor for an exact quote. A client who is not fully satisfied can return within 48 hours for corrections. Children must be supervised by an adult and stay in the waiting area unless they are being serviced.

Spa services use professional skin care lines including Repechage and NEA Naturals. The facial menu runs from a 20-dollar express facial up to the Capri Signature treatment, with several microdermabrasion options, peels and discounted facial packages. Add-ons such as masks, peels and hand or foot treatments can be combined with facial services. Body treatments include aromatherapy, a back treatment, body glow and a mud or seaweed wrap.
