The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm and closed Sunday and Monday. Appointment lengths vary: a brow wax takes about 30 minutes, a full lash set can take between 2.5 and 3.5 hours, and the Artistry Bundle runs about 4 hours. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and clean skin. They may bring inspiration photos, blankets or headphones, and blankets and snacks are provided. Arriving late means less time for the service. Prices may change with product usage and complexity, and several services require a deposit.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment, or a no-call no-show, carries a fee equal to the full scheduled price. Refunds are not given for late cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, services or products. Concerns about a service can be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and eligible concerns may receive a complimentary 60-minute touch-up. Problems caused by the application or product are fixed at no charge. Concerns raised after 72 hours, or after aftercare instructions were not followed, are charged at full service price.
Gift cards start at $25 and are bought through the booking page, with the code emailed on the chosen day. Two memberships or packages are available, paid once and applied at checkout. A referral gives both the referred friend and the referrer $50 off their next service, and posting about an appointment earns $10 off the following fill.
For professionals, the studio offers in-person trainings: The Lash Designer Masterclass at $2,500, Mega Artistry at $1,500, Lash Artistry Refresh at $950 and Sculpted Volume at $600. The online Mega Artistry course is self-guided, with 25+ modules, a full manual, a full model demo, ongoing mentoring and lifetime access. It costs $333 once or $111 for 3 months, and the version with a kit costs $555 or $185 for 3 months. A digital guide, The CEO Baddie Playbook, is priced at $55.55.
