Services cover the basics of gel nail care and extensions. A gel manicure includes shaping and gel polish cured for a chip-resistant finish. Gel-X uses pre-shaped soak-off tips applied with soft gel and comes in several shapes and lengths. Builder gels are offered in a soft, soak-off form and a hard, non-soak-off form; the hard builder is used to extend nails or reinforce natural ones, and the business says it has less odor than acrylic. Nail repair is also available, with pricing set by the job. Every service includes cuticle care.
Rates are stated as all-inclusive, so no tip is expected. Two no-charge add-ons are available: a 10-minute hand massage and a 5-minute silent appointment for clients who would rather keep conversation to a minimum. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited for late cancellations or rescheduling inside 24 hours. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the booking is treated as a no-show and the full service is charged to the card on file.
