The office sits minutes from downtown Washington, DC, McPherson Square and Farragut West, and is a short walk from Georgetown. Parking is available in the Rosslyn City Center garage and at the Ames Center, and there is paid on-street parking nearby. Services are by appointment only, and the practice is open Tuesday to Friday and on Saturday morning.

Every visit starts with a free, private, in-person consultation that covers the process, benefits and risks, and helps the team decide whether a client is a good candidate. The practice only accepts clients it believes are a good fit. Lasers are chosen by skin type, hair color and texture, and treatment settings are customized to skin type, hair type and the area being treated. The practice notes that results are best on dark, coarse hair, and that gray, white, blond or red hair may respond poorly.

Most clients need five to ten sessions, typically spaced four to eight weeks apart. Session length depends on the area, from about five to ten minutes for small areas to fifteen to forty-five minutes for large ones. Clients are asked to shave the area as closely as possible on the day of treatment, avoid plucking, waxing, sugaring and electrolysis for several weeks beforehand, and keep the area out of direct sun and tanning beds around treatment. Tattooed areas are not treated, and clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, as a $100 fee may apply otherwise.

The practice does not sell personal care products, soaps or skin creams, and it does not offer spa, skin care or medical office services. Pricing is listed per body area, with prepaid packages available at a discount.

The practice focuses on laser hair removal alone, with a free in-person consultation before treatment and settings chosen for each client's skin and hair.
