The studio's curly-hair work covers textures from type 2a through type 4c. Eli also takes on mullets and shags, so the book suits clients who want a cut in either of those styles along with curl-focused care.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday mornings until noon, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on Mondays and Saturdays. Gift cards are available.

Booking rules are firm but leave room for exceptions. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full service fee, and a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is charged half. Appointments are held for 10 minutes past the start time, and clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late have the visit canceled and are charged in full.
