Full sets come in three styles. Classic sets apply custom extensions one to one on each natural lash and take about 2 hours at $150. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume extensions, run about 2.5 hours and cost $170. Volume sets use 2D to 7D extensions on each natural lash, also about 2.5 hours, at $180. Full sets cover at least 95% of natural lashes and include a lash cleanse.

Fills are priced by style and interval. Classic, hybrid and volume fills are offered at two and three weeks, and an extended four-week fill is $135 and takes 2 hours. Fills must be booked within 14 days (two-week) or 21 days (three-week) of the first appointment, with about half of the extensions still in place. A full set is needed when fewer than 40% of extensions remain or more than three weeks have passed. A mini express fill is a 45-minute touch-up for 1 to 7 days after an appointment at $45; it does not replace a regular fill and does not include a lash cleanse. Extension removal takes 45 minutes and costs $45. The Korean lash lift takes 2 hours.

New clients book a 2.5-hour appointment that includes paperwork, a consultation and aftercare, and the service type is settled during that consultation. Returning clients book a 2-hour appointment and choose the service when booking. Clients who had extensions at the salon can book a full set or a returning client appointment. Fills done by another provider are accepted with a price difference that may include the cost of removal, and if that prior work is not acceptable, full set pricing may apply. Fills booked with a different artist may carry an extra fee or be charged as a full set.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a $25 fee, or $50 for full sets; mini fills are excepted. No-shows and repeated cancellations must pay a deposit or fee before rebooking. Apple Pay, debit and credit cards, and cash are accepted; Zelle and checks are not.

The combo eyelash extension course covers classic and volume techniques in one program. It is offered as a one-day intensive for $950 or a two-day course with a live model for $1,500, and both include a premium combo kit and a certificate on completion.
