Waxing is the core service. Everything is done with vegan wax and vegan pre and post care products, and Brazilian services use hard wax only. Brazilians are offered for guests with a vagina, including a Brazilian and Full Tushy option that covers the cheeks, the strip between them and the tummy line, with a free lip wax included. New clients can choose to leave a landing strip or a triangle. Hair should be about two weeks of growth, roughly a quarter inch, for Brazilian and underarm waxing.

Electrolysis treats each follicle individually with a fine probe and a small electrical current. Every new client needs a consultation first, even those who have had electrolysis elsewhere, and that fee is applied to the first session. The studio describes the sensation as a small pinch, brief heat or a light zap, and offers numbing cream for those who want it. New clients pay a $10 deposit. Sessions are priced by length, starting at 30 minutes.

Booking is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, through the studio's GlossGenius page. Walk-ins are not taken, and requests sent by text or voicemail are not booked. A name, phone number, email address and credit card are needed to book, and the card is not charged at booking. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead, or not showing up, is charged the full scheduled services. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may not be seen and are charged in full.

The studio also offers one-on-one, hands-on Brazilian waxing training for licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, beauty school graduates and current students. Classes take up to two students, with a non-refundable $100 deposit at booking and the balance due at check-in. Students bring their own models and proof of licensing or enrollment. Training can take place at the studio or at the student's location within 25 miles of Long Beach, and male Brazilian training is available on request.
