Lash extensions come in five full-set styles. Classic adds one extension to each natural lash for length and definition, Hybrid mixes classic extensions with lightweight volume fans, Wet Look uses lightweight closed fans for a glossy finish, Volume places lightweight volume fans on each natural lash, and Anime/Medusa is a bolder look with spikes and wispy texture. Anime/Medusa is priced by style, so clients send a reference photo for a personal quote. Lash removal without a new set is also available, and refills are recommended every two to three weeks.
Nano Hairstroke Brows creates fine, hair-like strokes as a semi-permanent technique, and Ombré Brows / Shading Brows creates a powdery gradient that the studio lists as suitable for all skin types, including oily skin. Combo options blend hairstrokes with shading. Touch-ups are offered at six to eight weeks, semi-annually, or yearly after an initial appointment. A consultation can be done virtually by sending a clear photo of the brows and face, and is listed at no charge.
Before a permanent makeup visit, clients complete an intake form and are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours, limit caffeine that day, and avoid waxing, threading, or exfoliating the area for one week beforehand. Clients with an active infection, open wounds, or irritation in the treatment area are asked to reschedule. Lash clients arrive with clean lashes free of makeup and mascara, do not curl their lashes beforehand, and keep their lashes dry for the first 24 hours afterward.
