The business has two locations. The Glendale, Arizona studio is at 6650 N 47th Ave, Suite 6, inside Studio 6 Salon. The Brooklyn studio is at 69 West Street in Greenpoint, inside Hairenomics Mane Bar. Bookings are made online only, through GlossGenius, and every visit is by appointment.

The menu is split into relaxed hair work, including relaxer retouches for new growth only, partial relaxers for the sides and back, virgin relaxers with a haircut, and a total transformation that combines a relaxer, cut, color and treatment. Natural hair services cover shampoo, conditioning and steam for curly and coily hair, finished straight or with curl definition. Other options include dry haircuts, men's cuts with skin fades, a heat-activated smoothing treatment, and a deluxe wash and go for first-time clients. Color is offered as an add-on to a cut or shampoo appointment, or with a natural silk press, and it requires an email consultation before it is booked. One-on-one pixie cut and finger wave training is also available in the studio, with travel to a client's location billed separately.

New clients fill out a New Client Form about their hair condition, pricing preferences and what they want to book, and they are asked to email current photos of their hair and the styles they like before booking. The business then recommends which services to book. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Payment can be made in cash, by Zelle, or with the card on file for the booking. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows carry a fee, and service sales are final. Business hours are Monday 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, and the business is closed on weekends.
