Massage is the core of the menu. Swedish sessions are offered in 30, 60, 75, 90 and 120 minute lengths and are intended to ease muscle tension and support blood flow. Deep tissue work goes into the deeper muscle layers to break up knots and relieve pressure points, and shiatsu applies rhythmic pressure along acupressure points. Deep tissue and shiatsu are each priced from $55 for 30 minutes up to $145 for 120 minutes.
Couples massage is given side by side on two massage tables. It is available as a one-hour session for $170 or a 90-minute session for $230.
Facials start with steam exfoliation and a deep pore cleansing, then move through a massage of the face, neck, shoulders and hands, finishing with a mask chosen for the client's skin type. A shorter mini facial leaves out the massage. Reflexology uses hand, thumb and finger techniques on the feet, with sessions from 30 minutes at $45 to 90 minutes at $100. A body scrub uses walnut shell polish in a citrus cream base, priced at $65 for 30 minutes or $130 for 60 minutes.
